In his own words: The four disgusting things George said that got him removed from Big Brother
On his first night in the house, he said Hitler was ‘misguided’
The removal of George Gilbert from the Big Brother house came as no shock when he’d made it his mission to be as controversial as possible during his short tenure as a housemate. But what was a shock is that Big Brother made the choice not to air what George said on the show that led to his eventual removal, and there has been a lot of speculation regarding what was said in the time since he left the house. It turns out, it’s worse than we feared – and the reason these four warnings George got before his removal from Big Brother 2025 were because they breached broadcasting standards. Hearing them in full, it’s mind-blowing to me that George is airing this himself. In a 40 minute explanation video of why he was removed from Big Brother, George shares the four warnings he got and they’re BAD. It’s no wonder Dan Wootton is platforming him.
In a 40 minute video titled “Why I was cancelled from Big Brother UK”, George said the following.
On night one, he said Hitler was ‘misguided’
George said on his first night in the house he said “I don’t believe that anybody is intrinsically good or evil. I then used the most extreme example: Hitler. If you ask anyone to pick one person in history that is the most evil person in history, most people in this day and age would say Hitler.

“So what I said was Hitler did the things he did because he would have been fed a pack of lies about Jewish people. That’s why he did the things he did. He thought he was doing good for Germany. He thought Jews were to blame for all of Germany’s troubles. Yes we know now that’s not true, but that’s what he believed and he acted upon it. So I said Hitler was misguided.
“Apparently for saying Hitler was misguided, that was justification of the Holocaust.”
Second warning was about his preference to not have a baby with a black or brown woman
George explained that he got his second warning on day three because he argued the point that he would likely not have a child with a black or brown woman, because he wants to continue his ginger hair “rare breed” appearance. He argued that because it’s a recessive gene if he had a child with a woman of colour he wouldn’t be able to do that.
He said he’d be “betraying his kind” if he did – referring to gingers.
The formal warning with Sam
As was shown on the show, George did limp wrists when they were playing the game and picked truth in truth or dare. And he said Sam’s worse aspect was too flamboyant. George apologised for this but then in his video addressing the removal said it was too sensitive.
The final straw
George reveals what he said to get removed from the house, where he perpetuated anti-semitic tropes which he claims he brought up to debate. He said that he believed rumours that Israel was somehow “behind” Epstein Island – the private island owned by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
George said that in a conversation about”‘Jewish conspiracies”, he said that “the world’s wisest men have anti-Semitic views in their writing, and there can’t be smoke without fire”.
