So, before we get into what the post credits scene actually means, let’s quickly recap what happened during the finale of season two of Squid Game.
The season ended not very successfully for Gi-hun after he attempted to stage a rebellion aginst the Front Man and the guards in order to end the game. But, unbeknownst to Gi-hun it turns out the Front Man was secretly disguised as Player 001, and was behind the murder of Jung-bae who was shot in front of Gi-hun in the final moments of the show.
During the post credits scene we see Young-hee, the killer Red Light, Green Light doll alongside another male doll opposite her called Cheol-su. We then see what looks like a traffic crossing going from red to green. It’s all very ominous.
