Eight TikTok influencers who should be on I’m A Celeb after GK Barry success
From messy queens to iconic trends, there’s a lot to choose from
Influencers might soon become a firm staple of the I’m A Celeb cast after the brilliant success of GK Barry’s reception, with audiences already sharing their delight on Twitter.
Though influencers are often criticised, there’s no denying that they have become ingrained in British culture. The most recent example would be GK Barry’s appearance in this year’s I’m A Celeb cast, but we’ve also seen them pop up in Big Brother, Strictly Come Dancing, and The Great British Bake Off.
But what other British influencers could I see popping up in the jungle in the next few years?
1. Italian Bach
@italianbach your daily reminder to vote for the creator of the year award!
Isaac Smith, known online as Italian Bach, is a comedic influencer with 2.4 million followers on TikTok and a staggering 222.2 million likes, just under GK Barry’s 272.3 million.
His comedy talents and risky humour would be a welcome addition to any struggling I’m A Celeb cast, and there are already calls for him to throw his hat in the ring for next year.
2. Elphaba
@itselphabaoriondoherty To the haters / queers the LGBTQ+/ supporters/ have a party with elphaba wherever you go follow my insta for more info #elphaba #wicked #elphabaoriondoherty #cover #teaser #fyp
I’m A Celeb wouldn’t be complete without one or two incendiary personalities – just look at the success of Matt Hancock.
Transgender influencer Elphaba is perhaps the most controversial British influencer right now, but you can’t look past the number of interactions and comments beneath every one of her videos. It might be a messy watch, but it would surely help straggling viewing numbers.
3. Tilly Ramsay
@tillyramsay Spicing up our concrete garden for summer 🔥🔥 #university #summer #fyp
Tilly Ramsay boasts an impressive 10 million Followers and 125.2 million Likes on TikTok where she usually posts vlog-style content about her life.

Considering Tilly’s own father, Gordon Ramsay, is yet to appear on the ITV show, this could be the next best thing.
4. Max Balegde
@max_balegde Good morning UK xx #cold
Max is undoubtedly one of the most successful UK influencers, having interviewed celebrities ranging from Millie Bobby Brown to House of the Dragon’s Matt Smith. He also pops up at just about every British premiere, much to his critics’ dismay.
Max would definitely be an addition to the show, bringing in more viewers from his 3.6 million followers on TikTok.
5. Isaac Rodman
@isaach.p When you walk past a bad dog owner at the park 😂❤️🙏🔥@Void Darc #sketch #fyp #trending #comedy
Isaac Peace Rodman, known online by his username Isaac H.P, is a stand-up comedian with expertise in social media. He has carefully crafted his 4.1 million Followers into a loyal following.
Though Isaac’s particular brand of comedy might rub some of the campmates, and the audience, the wrong way, Gillian McKeith’s time on the show proved that sometimes annoying equals memorable.
6. The Nursery Nurse
@thenursery_nurse Ready for another day in the trenches? 🤣 #nursery #childcare #toothfairy
With 4.8 million Followers and counting, Nursery Nurse is a divisive figure in the UK’s social media scene. Everyone seems to have an opinion, both good and bad.
She largely builds content around her job working in a nursery, which often results in hilarious skits and carefully crafted personas like Charlotte, Marjorie, Carly, and Eric. I’d love to see Nursery Nurse in the jungle, preferably switching between the characters for added effect.
7. Kyle Thomas
@kylethomas DOROTHY’s SURGERY WENT WELL! ❤️ #meerkat (we removed the cone as she couldn’t enter the burrow).
Kyle Thomas is an animal lover through and through despite the argument that his content exploits helpless animals. He has a massive 34.7 million following.
We are used to hearing screams and declarations of terror when the I’m A Celeb contestants come face to face with Australia’s iconic critters, so it could be refreshing to watch an animal lover obsess over them. Just check his bags before he leaves the country, or the UK could have an invasive species problem.
8. Sabrina Bahsoon
@sabrinabahsoon So now im en route via tube. The man in the back getting a show fr 🤣 #tubegirl #tubegirleffect
Few people are as instantly recognisable as Tube Girl. Her repetitive dance trend racks up millions of views online as celebrities like Naomi Campbell and Leigh-Anne Pinnock jump on the bandwagon. I’m A Celeb could give the influencer’s followers the chance to get to know Sabrina Bahsoon, not the Tube Girl we have all come to love.
It’s worth noting that it might be jarring to see her standing still and without the sharp angles and turns we associate with her.
