Apprentice power ranking: Shouted at in prison or caned in a Victorian town for £100
‘I’ll make YOU disappear’
Guys, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but last night’s episode of The Apprentice was actually… GOOD. I actually LAUGHED. Are we back on track? Are we about to have a late game renaissance? I enjoyed myself, I laughed, I cringed, I gasped and the right person went home! HALLELUJAH! Immersive stuff always makes me laugh as a drama graduate who had to do a lot of it on my course, it’s hard and it’s toe curling and I knew this bunch would be hell on earth. As always, here is my power ranking for The Apprentice 2023 week eight!
9. Mark
THANK GOD. Good RIDDANCE! I think I’ll throw a party! Absolutely shite candidate who had an easy breezy time on the show thanks to being in the winning team five times even though it had nothing directly to do with him. How on EARTH he thought anyone would pay that high a price for a day in a prison with a burger is beyond me. Don’t even get me started on the price dropping.
8. Avi

An insufferably smug video for someone who was so rude to Rochelle for an entire task!
7. Dani
Very much pains me to put queen Dani at the bottom end of the week eight Apprentice 2023 power ranking, but she did NOT sell on this task and it was all ending up a bit useless.
6. Rochelle

Poor cow got barked over by Avi all week – deserved a bit better and good on her for actually understanding that the contortionist deserves to be paid appropriately for her work unlike Avi who seemed to think all that stretching and bending comes for free.
5. Victoria
Not the most prominent of slays for Vic this week but she’s going nowhere at this point, let’s face it!
4. Bradley
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Bradley is just at this point a dependable and solid grafter with a good attitude. If I was working in a team with someone he’s the kind of fella I’d want with me.
3. Marnie
Shocked that Marnie had a bit of a wow week! She was kind of in her element and it was nice to see – retaining facts, giving it hello guvnah and pip pip cheerio as when required. Considering she mostly lead the immersive day and the guests were so happy I think a lot of the success was down to her.
2. Simba
Bless Simba. He got stuck right in and gave it his all, and even when a load of guests had no clue what they were signing up for he managed to win them round. I love that Sugar sent Simba and Megan back and refused to let Mark bring them into the boardroom because they were picking the high value stuff in order to meet the extortionate price the tickets were set at!
1. Megan
Hello, is that Emmerdale? Give her a job NOW. Happy Valley was shaking.
