All the exes and broken up couples Love Island has cast or ‘lined-up’ as All Stars bombshells
This is evil, but I love it
Can you imagine thinking you’ve nailed it going back to Love Island for the All Stars series, and then when you arrive in the villa being greeted by your ex? A hell on earth, I think.
As the cast for All Stars was revealed, we all realised this was soon to be a reality for Liberty and Jake – but they aren’t the only Love Island: All Stars cast members who might be preparing for a blast from the past with an ex in the villa.
Yep, it seems as though Love Island producers have put the feelers out to more broken up previous couples to see if they can use this to cause drama. A chaotic tactic, but the TV it will create could well be unmissable.
Liberty and Jake
As the Love Island: All Stars cast was announced, we all collectively gasped seeing 2021 previous couple Liberty and Jake together in the lineup. For pretty much all of the show, they were the golden couple of that year – coupling up right at the start and staying together.
Jake then famously made Liberty his guuuuurlfriend, before cracks began to show. The day before the final, and on their epic final date on a yacht, the couple decided to go their separate ways and quit the show at the same time. Now, they’re going to be back in the villa again.
Georgia and Toby
Most Read
This is going to be an interesting one. Not everyone may be aware of this, but 2018’s Georgia Steel and 2021’s Toby Aromolaran were very much cracking on when they both appeared on Love Island Games last year.
They were flirting, kissing, and then got dumped from the spin-off show together, but nothing really seemed to come of their situation on return to the UK. Are they going to address this on All Stars, or?
Molly and Callum
Last year, Molly and Callum from the 2020 winter series broke up after a whopping three and a half years together. They had the longest relationship to come from Love Island, which ended in a split. My heart.
But, in a shocking turn of events, apparently the pair have been lined up as bombshells for All Stars?! Yes, both of them! A source told The Sun: “It’ll be a shock for both of them when they come face to face in the villa – they only recently split and it was heartbreaking. They were both so sad after the break up – there’s no animosity so it’s on the cards they could fall back in love in the villa.”
Oh my GOD?!
Belle and Anton
Love Island legend Anton has been officially announced as part of the original Love Island: All Stars cast, and according to reports ITV had previously secured his ex Belle to appear, too. Remember when she tore him a new one in that huge argument at the Love Island Beach Club? We could have had that again!
However, Belle has confirmed she pulled out last minute after starting a romance with a rugby player. Speaking to The Sun she said: “I was approached to do the show and then I met someone…It’s just not really right for me at the time where I’m at in my life. I mean, if you have a 6ft five rugby player, you probably wouldn’t want to do the show either.” I’m gutted, but fair enough.
Chloe and Toby
When All Stars was first announced, both Chloe and Toby were among the list of rumoured Islanders for the cast. Toby has been confirmed, but it’s all gone quiet about Chloe. ITV obviously won’t say any more, but how wild would this be?! Basically, Toby could have a mare here.
Love Island: All Stars starts at 9pm Monday 15th January on ITV1, ITV2, ITVX & STV. For the latest Love Island: All Stars news, and for updates, memes and gossip – like The Holy Church of Love Island on Facebook.
