Gemma has already had six and seven figure deals offered to her since Love Island

Love Island 2022 runner up Gemma Owen is already being offered six and seven figure deals with popular fashion brands since leaving the villa. It has been reported she has been in talks with the likes of Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing, allowing Gemma to become the first Islander from her series to land a huge money deal. The daughter of footballing legend, Michael Owen, already has her own swimwear brand which she set up before she headed into the villa.

Gemma was recently spotted arriving in Manchester making her way to the Boohoo offices and according to a close source, plans for a project with the fashion company were “already being made before Gemma entered the Love Island villa earlier this summer”. It has been reported Gemma has already accepted the six figure deal and celebrated her business deal at the private members club, 180 The Strand in London, but is yet to confirm this.

Since her talks with Boohoo, Gemma has reportedly been offered almost £1 million to sign a fashion deal with PrettyLittleThing. On August 9, Gemma met with PLT boss Umar Kamani and could be set to make a lot of money. A source close to Gemma said: “She is being wooed by PrettyLittleThing who are desperate to sign her as they think she is the perfect new face of the brand.

“She is beautiful and they feel like she is the right choice out of this year’s Islanders to follow in the footsteps of Molly-Mae Hague, who is now creative director of the brand. Like Molly, she handled herself really well in the villa, kept things classy and loads off girls look up to her and love her style.”

Since she left the villa, Gemma is the Islander top fashion brands have been keeping their eye on. A source told The Sun: “All the big fashion brands are fighting over her, which proves what hot property she is. She is the girl everyone wants to sign.”
