Discord Addams set the record straight about whether or not she gets disqualified on the next season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
She explained that the alleged interaction between herself and Shea Couleé “was kind of just fun, and then the internet took it as I’m this awful human being who deserves to be dead” before the show was even finished filming.
She continued: “There’s a rumour going around right now that I’m disqualified from this season. Like, we’re not even having this conversation right now. I’m not even here.”
She then recapped the event that allegedly happened which caused her to be disqualified, saying that people were claiming: “I’m fully disqualified. Here’s what happened. RuPaul found that tweet from Shea, realized that I’m a awful, terrible racist, and then disqualified me from the season. And I’m edited out.”

Discord Addams stressed that the disqualification allegations are “obviously not” true, stating that if they were she “wouldn’t be here” doing interviews for the upcoming RuPaul’s Drag race season ahead.
She later explained that there’s even “a rumour I got in a fist fight over an eyelash curler” and that’s what led to her supposed disqualification on set.
Discord speculated: “I think it all stemmed from that tweet. Shea and I are friends. I have pictures with Shea. That was my girl.”
