Here’s which Selling Sunset agent hasn’t sold a single property since being on the show
She's been around since season two
Selling Sunset sees real estate agents sell the craziest, multi-million dollar properties, but there is one cast member who quite literally hasn’t sold a single home. Of course, some of them have joined later and haven’t had as much experience, but she’s been there since season two.
It turns out Amanza Smith hasn’t sold a single property since working for The Oppenheim Group. She’s one of the less dramatic cast members, and therefore she doesn’t tend to run most of the storylines, unlike Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan.
Amanza joined the cast as an in-house interior designer and a new real estate agent during season two. As her main job is to design the homes, making money through commission isn’t really her bag, while Amanza only received her real estate license in March 2020.

She gets most of her income as an artist, and has showcased her work in multiple galleries across the USA. Mary Bonnet, Chrishell and Nicole Young have decent sales volume averaging $4 million or less per sale, while Chelsea Lazkhani has only sold one home.
As found on The Tab, Chelsea is the real estate agent who has sold the least, behind Amanza, with a value of $3,900,000. She’s only been part of The Oppenheim Group since 2022, having previously worked for Rodeo Realty Inc. in Los Angeles after getting her license in 2017.
So while Amanza has made zero dollars in property sales, her primary role on the show has been staging and presenting homes, a passion she has always stated she wants to focus on. And her real estate license has already expired, so it doesn’t look like she cares.
