Nicole reveals the terrifying reason her hair looked so different during Selling Sunset
It's all because of an accident
During the Selling Sunset reunion there was a lot of online discussion about not only the behaviour of Nicole this season, but also of her hair.
Her hair seemed pretty different to how it had looked earlier on in the season, and now Nicole has revealed the real reason why.
Taking to TikTok, Nicole explained that the entire crown of her scalp “broke off” whilst she was getting her hair dyed, which meant she’s now having to wear a hair topper wig after Selling Sunset.

Nicole said: “Can everyone just stop dissecting and judging my hair? I’m doing my best here okay? In season nine, that was all my hair, no extensions, nothing. That was my length, that was my colour, that was my hair.
“So when you have hair this blonde you have to get it done quite often so you don’t have really darg ugly roots.”
She continued: “So at the end of May or so, I’d gone in to get my roots touched up and my hair just gave me the middle finger.
“The entire crown of my scalp just broke off. It was like an inch long. To say I was freaking out and was devastated is an understatement, I was like ‘what am I supposed to do now?’
“Thank god there is something called a topper, it is a thin layer of a wig that just goes on top, so it hides where all the breakage is.
“There’s nothing else I can do. Whilst all these broken parts grow out I have to wear this. Do I want to? No. Do I have any other option? No.”
Nicole finally added: “But can we just stop judging for a second? I’m working with what I’ve got here. Also, this is not cheap, but this is several thousands of dollars and probably another thousand dollars of cutting and trimming.”
