When will Georgia Toffolo realise no matter how many times she pretends to be relatable… she’s not?

She’s posted yet another video about money

Georgia “Toff” Toffolo has shared another video in which she attempts to be appear relatable. But the sooner she accepts that she isn’t, the better.

I’ll preface this by saying I don’t have anything against Toff, I honestly don’t. I don’t know her. I watch Made in Chelsea, and now I’ve loosely followed her career afterwards. What I do know is how she positions herself to her followers. She is constantly making thinly veiled attempts at coming across as just like the rest of us.

Toff is a millionaire. A huge one actually. She’s worth £425million now she’s married James Watt, and went straight onto The Sunday Times Rich List. She’s not relatable. And that’s fine, by the way. Just don’t pretend to be just like the rest of us, and understanding of every day struggles.

In a video posted yesterday, Toff showed herself getting lunch at Borough Market in London. For the benefit of anyone who doesn’t live or work in London, Borough Market is a popular place for a working lunch, but if it’s anything, it ain’t cheap.

She grabbed a lobster paella, moaned about the price, and said she could get a RyanAir flight to Malaga for the real thing for the same price.

“Twenty seven pounds?,” she raged at the camera, which nobody is denying is an eye-watering price. She then claimed her card had been declined due to “insufficient funds” and added: “That’s James. [He] hasn’t topped up the joint back account. James Watt can you put some money on the card?”

Despite claiming she had no money on her card, the food was handed over. She then added: “This better taste bloody good. You could get a RyanAir flight to Malaga for a real one for 27 quid. You could. Nice, right? Quite a lot, but worth it.”

Girl. Don’t pretend as though taking a RyanAir flight is something you’d do. Don’t pretend you’re checking your bank account and hoping there’s enough to cover lunch. We all know that’s not what your reality is like. It’s borderline insulting.

Alone, this might not sound that deep. But it’s just another example of Toff attempting to seem relatable. Toff does loads of “get ready with me videos” showing off her skincare and makeup routine and saying things are “so worth the money”. That’s while she’s covering her face in a that’s worth over £100.

She and James once joked about getting married for tax reasons, and then they said they have quarterly relationship reviews and suggested everyone should too. The couple also talk on socials about their very normal hobbies together, such as fishing… But Toff takes her Birkin.

Toff. You’re rich and famous. Honestly, just own that.
