A favourite from the Love Island 2026 cast is getting an All Stars return

The first Islander from the most recent 2026 series who will be coming back for All Stars has seemingly been confirmed. Love Island 2026 might not long have wrapped up, but already our minds have gone straight to the All Stars series in the new year. 

Already, there have been multiple cast rumours for the January version of the show in South Africa. Legends from previous seasons will be back at the start of 2027 for another go at love, and this time it’s shaping up well.

And one person who is apparently taking the plunge and heading into the villa again is Ope Sowande. Ope might have been dumped quite early on from the show this year, but he deserved more. Clearly ITV likes him, as he’s since landed a presenting role on This Morning, too. 

But This Morning isn’t all! The Sun is reporting it as pretty much confirmed that Ope will being going on Love Island All Stars, following people loving him on the 2026 series.

A source told the publication: “Ope is the first Islander from the last series in talks for All Stars. It’s very early days in the casting process but Ope is definitely a favourite to join the line-up.”

After the show, when he landed his presenting role, it was clear ITV wasn’t ready to give up on him, despite only a short stint in the villa. Execs have clearly seen his charisma and energy in-front of camera, and want more of it. “The new face of British TV mark my words,” one viewer said of his debut on daytime telly. They weren’t wrong! 

I’m here for Ope world domination, I can’t lie. He joins a list of three other Islanders, who are said to be ready and waiting to go back into the villa. They are: Jack Fowler, Billy Brown and Matilda Draper. What a line up this could be!
