‘You owe me an apology’: Dean Withers issues blistering response to r*pe allegations

The 13-year-old girl has also spoken out

Political influencer Dean Withers has spoken out after the internet was flooded with rape allegations against him.

Over the last few years, and amidst Donald Trump’s second stab at the Presidency, Dean Withers has cultivated a loyal following on apps like Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. Described as an “extremist from the far-left” by various right-wing publications, he’s often on TikTok live debating MAGA supporters.

The claims of sexual assault first emerged in August of 2026, when someone by the name of Emily began sharing her side of the alleged story on TikTok.

She said in one post: “They invalidated my story. They defended his name. And I felt like my [Sexual Assault] was on me.”

“When the man who sa and raped me is famous so no body believe me, lost most of my friends, getting hit in public and at home being called disgusting, and his friends going past saying justice for Him when I did nothing wrong,” she said in another.

Dean Withers has rejected the allegations

In various tweets, TikToks, and live videos, Dean Withers rejected the accusations whilst claiming it’s a ploy from his right-wing adversaries. On Monday, he posted a three-minute statement to Twitter, saying it’s the “most serious” video he’s ever had to make.

He said: “A Trump supporter stole the identity of an innocent 13-year-old girl to falsely accuse me of rape with supporting evidence of poorly botched fake DMs in an attempt to illegitimately de-platform me. In response, the 13-year-old whose identity was stolen made a video calling out the false accuser and anybody peddling these lies using her photos, stating that she’s been getting harassed and bombarded with messages. An innocent 13-year-old girl.

“As we speak, not all, but millions of Republicans across the internet have continued to knowingly peddle this false allegation and could what only be described as an attempt to get me killed or to get me to myself, leading to the police calling me, informing me of a bomb threat and the continued visceral harassment of the innocent little girl who had her identity stolen.”

He continued to break down some of the apparent “evidence” against him, which included what he described as fabricated DMs. One screenshot had the date and the time in, but another didn’t.

“The only explanation for this inconsistency is that the screenshots are fake,” he said.

A girl has since spoken out

Earlier on Monday, Dean shared the following tweet: “Right wing Twitter has decided to peddle a false rape allegation against me all over the timeline. This allegation originates from a FAKE TikTok account named ‘Emily’, this account stole the identity of a minor from Australia to pretend to be a girl. MAGA knows NO low.”

Attached was a video from the aforementioned 13-year-old girl, who is reportedly from Australia and not the United States. In the clip, she says that people informed her that someone was impersonating her on TikTok. She shared her original pictures from Instagram, and then how they were used on the allegedly fake Emily page.

“After finding out about this, I made a video tagging her saying it’s not me,” she said. “And she ended up blocking my main account. I’m not getting multiple DMs about this whole situation, and I wanted to make this to let you guys know I’m not involved in any of this, and I didn’t make any of these videos.”

Though she admitted to not knowing the truth of the situation, at the very least, she knows the pictures “Emily” is using are fake.
