Donald Trump has actually responded to those viral rumours claiming he was dead
The President clapped back with a health update
The world went into chaos on Saturday when rumours emerged that President Donald Trump was dead, and he’s finally responded to the wild hoax.
It all started on Twitter, where people were panicking that Trump hadn’t been seen in three days. He was also pictured with bruised hands last week, the White House had its flags on half-staff and JD Vance spoke about being ready to step up and be president in the event of a “terrible tragedy” in an interview on Thursday.
People put all of that together and concluded he must have died, and “Donald Trump dead” soon started trending on Twitter. However, later that day, pictures surfaced of the US President very much alive at the White House with his grandchildren, Kai and Spencer Trump, on their way to play golf.
Now, Trump himself has responded to the fake news on his social media site Truth Social, clapping back with a health update of his own.
“NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE. Also, DC IS A CRIME FREE ZONE, IN JUST 12 DAYS!!! President DJT,” he wrote.

This came after Trump declared a public safety emergency in the District of Colombia and placed Washington D.C. under federal control due to rising crime rates. He then deployed 800 National Guard troops to the city with 100 to 200 on duty at any time. In the first 13 days, there were 550 arrests and data showed 40% drop in robberies and car break-ins.

So, Trump insists he feels better than ever at 79 years old. However, the politician is experiencing some health issues. In July, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that he has been diagnosed with “chronic venous insufficiency,” which is when leg veins become damaged and struggle to send blood back to the heart. This causes blood to pool in your legs, creating swelling.
