Body language expert breaks down Bonnie Blue moment that has people calling her a ‘sociopath’
Turns out she’s just like us
Bonnie Blue has been called a number of things during her OnlyFans career, most of which I can’t write here, but following the controversial documentary about her from Channel 4, people dubbed her a “sociopath” for one specific moment.
The new documentary, aptly named 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story, is highly controversial for a number of very obvious reasons: People just hate Bonnie Blue, people don’t agree with the OnlyFans industry as a whole, and others don’t think we should be platforming such harmful personalities.
“Careful consideration has been given to the content and the way in which it is included. The explicit content in the documentary is editorially justified and provides essential context; making pornographic content is Bonnie’s job, and this film is about her work and the response to it,” Channel 4 told The Tab.

“Crucially, the content is presented in a non-gratuitous manner and viewers were alerted to the sexual content in a programme warning at the start and after each ad break to ensure they understood from the outset the nature of the programme. The programme was broadcast after the watershed and is compliant with the Ofcom broadcasting code.”
In one particular moment, Bonnie Blue’s “mask slipped” as her true feelings were exposed, but according to body language expert Inbaal Honigman, you and Bonnie Blue are not so different.

Everyone is talking about Bonnie Blue’s facial expressions in the Channel 4 doc, with The Independent’s Olivia Petter claiming that Bonnie’s face appears to “accidentally” slip into an expression “somewhere between exasperation and boredom” when posting a video to her Instagram. People on Twitter and Reddit took it one step further, dubbing Bonnie everything from a “sociopath” to “scary” as she seemingly showed her true colours.
I really don't think there's any trauma in Bonnie Blue's background, she just has psychopathic traits. Sociopath has been bandied about, but they are made through traumatic events; I think she was already born with antisocial aspects built in.

However, speaking to LadBible, body language expert Inbaal Honigman detailed why it proves Bonnie Blue is just like the rest of us.
“Bonnie Blue’s change of expression when she finishes filming her little video, is indeed notable, but for different reasons than assumed,” she said, describing the initial smile as an “engaged facial expression” or “friendly work expression.”

She added: “[It’] similar to the sort of face that anyone would pull when greeting the boss in the office, or when on a Zoom with a client. She forms a likeable, generic expression that is crowd pleasing and friendly.”
Yes, Bonnie Blue’s face changed after she finished filming the video, but it’s exactly the same as us finishing a video call with our boss.
“The interest here lies in the eyes of the beholder. Some people perceive neutral expressions as hostile, some see them as bored, and for others, neutral facial expressions appear peaceful,” the body language expert explained. “Bonnie is quietly getting on with what, for her, is just another day at the office.”
Still, she’s never escaping those “soulless” claims.
