For The Traitors fans: What the remaining contestants would do at Lancaster University
We had to include Linda as well though – “sorry!”
There are only three episodes left of The Traitors Series Three, and it’s still unclear who will win the competition. Throughout this series, there have been so many cliffhangers and twists, with this season featuring some of the most memorable characters yet. After last week’s banishment, there are only eight out of the original 22 contestants left standing. Still, before the finale airs, here’s what the remaining contestants would be like at Lancaster University. This article contains spoilers for last week’s episodes of series three of The Traitors.
Minah
The last of the original three traitors and arguably the most deserving of winning, Minah has been playing the best game so far with her quiet confidence allowing her to go undetected. Although it’s possible that recruiting Charlotte may lead to her downfall, we’re hoping she makes it to the end. Minah would definitely be in County. It’s the biggest college on campus, and she would probably be living in a townhouse. With her successful work ethic, she’d also be found on C Floor of the library. In the last episode, Minah said that she’d use the prize money to go travelling across the states, so she probably would have a study abroad year embedded into her degree and get her first choice university in the USA.
Freddie
Most Read
The youngest contestant on the show and the only current university student, Freddie has also been a highlight of the series. If he were studying politics and international relations at Lancaster University instead of Nottingham, he would of course be in Fylde college and form a ‘clique’ in the Mill Bar.
Charlotte
So far, Charlotte is the only successfully recruited faithful-turned-traitor, like one of those students who take all the credit in the group project despite not putting in that much effort. Most known for her bizarre decision to fake a Welsh accent throughout the series, Charlotte has been unpredictable and would probably be one of those people who takes a random minor in first year that doesn’t have anything to do with their degree. Like her fellow traitor Minah, we think she would also be living in the North side of campus but in Bowland, and would probably join the netball team.
Leanne
Despite actually being from Wales (specifically Holywell) unlike Charlotte, Leanne is also keeping a secret that she is an ex-soldier instead of a nail technician. I still think that she’d get her nails done at Diamond Hair & Beauty Salon. She would also probably spend her time at Lancaster in Grizedale where she could reunite with the ‘clique’.
Joe
Faithful and English teacher Joe would obviously be in Graduate if he were to study his PGCE at Lancaster. However, he also mentioned in the last episode that his dream if he won the prize money would be to open his own pub so we can assume that he would also spend a lot of time outside his studies at either Spoons or Pendle Witch in town.
Francesca
Interior designer and faithful from East Sussex, Francesca definitely seems like she would fit in at Cartmel. You just know that her studio flat would be decorated like something from a Pinterest board. She mentioned in her interview before the show aired that she enjoys yoga and pilates so would enjoy doing the yogalates class in Barker’s on Mondays. She would also be one of those students who is part of so many societies, I don’t know how they find the time. With her acting background, she would probably be on the exec of Lancaster’s Theatre Group.
Jake
Despite being from Barrow-in-Furness, I think Jake would actually be in Lonsdale, as they are both overlooked and underrated. Labelled the ‘traitor hunter’ of the series after successfully suspecting Linda from the first episode, it’s safe to say that Jake would get a first in a criminology degree.
Alexander
Late comer to the show, Alexander would definitely be a history and politics student at Lancaster. Because of his limited screen time, he would probably be in Furness, the smallest college on campus. Also after last week’s weird singing doll challenge, I can definitely see him taking part in karaoke at Trevor.
Bonus: Linda
Finally, although she’s no longer in the competition, we couldn’t not include fan favourite contestant and former traitor Linda. As a retired opera singer, she would definitely be found in the music room at Pendle. I’d like to think she’d also try to work on her questionable acting skills at Lancaster’s Theatre Group with Francesca.
