Here’s everything you need to know about the Nottingham Uni student on BBC’s The Traitors
He’s the youngest contestant on this series and has narrowly made his way into the final week
Wednesday will see the final week of the Traitors begin and one University of Nottingham student has made his way into the last three episodes as the youngest contestant to grace this season.
Freddie Fraser is a second year politics student at Notts and has become a popular contestant on the BBC show, The Traitors.
The show consists of 25 contests and the aim is to have voted the three Traitors off before the final and the Faithful will be able to take home the money, if a Traitor is left in the final they will take all the money at the end.
He’s a sporting superstar
Prior to going on The Traitors, Freddie was a star in his field (literally) taking a gold medal in the UK under 17s London Games for hurdles. The 20-year-old from Peterborough was quite the sporty man according to the Mirror. However, he tore his hamstring and has since moved away from sport to focus on his studies.
He also debuted his sporting abilities on the show when he randomly did a roundoff through the hallway.
He’s basically an Instagram influencer
Freddie’s jokey personality has led to him gaining over 50 thousand followers on both TikTok and Instagram.
His Instagram shows him living the life in Notts and elsewhere with his most recent post showing him glass of wine in hand at the classic Notts indie bar, Bodega. Obviously, there’s a classic trip to Nott’ iconic club Ocean.
As well, we can see he’s well travelled, having been on holidays to Malta, Magaluf, and the standard British staycation of Cornwall.
Freddie has had a very successful time on The Traitors

During his time on the show, he’s spoken about how he wants to put the money from the final (if he wins) towards his studies as his single mum supports him as best she can.
Freddie has been a true Faithful throughout this season of The Traitors, but his journey to the final has not been without struggles with him being accused multiple times at the round table.
He narrowly avoided banishment after the first Traitor Armani, who is an NTU graduate, was banished and flew under the radar until fellow faithful Livvy set her eyes on Freddie being a Traitor.
Yet again, not everyone was convinced on Freddie being a Traitor and Livvy was killed before she could convince the other contestants to banish him at the round table.
After leaving the show, Livvy expressed how bad she felt about giving Freddie such a hard time on Loose Women: “I felt awful of course. He definitely went through it, and it was a lot, and he deserved a break.”
Going into the final three episodes this week, Freddie seems to think he’s figured out another Traitor, so we’ll have to see how he does for the rest of the season.
