Hannah from Love Is Blind says her ‘harsh’ behaviour was reason for breakup with Nick

Hannah from season seven of Love Is Blind was definitely one of the more controversial cast members, and real drama kicked off that led to a sudden breakup between her and Nick. Hannah has already confronted her own behaviour towards Nick, but since the breakup aired, she has admitted it was the reason behind their breakup.

In an interview with US Weekly, Hannah said that “I can be rude a lot because I don’t realise my words,” and watching season seven of Love Is Blind back made her realise her “harsh” behaviour towards Nick. There were specific conversations with Nick where she said she “could have eased up a bit” or “could have chilled, like, a lot.”

The turning point in their relationship was when Nick met Hannah’s friends and she felt she was “being the nastiest version of myself.” After that, it was clear that they were “bringing out the worst versions in each other.”

“We just didn’t like each other toward the end. I was not being nice and I don’t know why he would wanna continue that,” she said.

Hannah admitted she was “talking to him horribly” and apologised for that, but just couldn’t believe he let her. “I should not have done that, but he’d let me do it.”

However, it wasn’t just her behaviour that led to the breakup – she also described feeling “frustrated” by Nick and Katie’s chat in episode 10.

“I felt like it was like, ‘Hello, I’m right here. I have no clue what’s going on.’ I think it was a little bit out of line. It was just that [they] were talking for almost an hour and I was standing right there and didn’t even think about it. I was like, ‘what are you talking about?’ … I had no clue.”

However, she did say that the conversation ended up being “harmless” in the end, probably due to the fact that they broke up shortly after. Anyone could see that Nick and Hannah had bigger problems than his chat with Katie, but she still found the whole thing “troublesome.”

During the conversation away from Hannah, Nick told Katie he was “really feeling” her in the Love Is Blind pods, and that their age gap really didn’t matter that much (Katie being seven years older). Nick also said to Katie “I was attracted to you from day one. I was like, ‘damn, Katie’s always on my mind.'”
