MAFS UK villains

From working at Savers to OnlyFans: Here’s what the worst MAFS UK villains are up to now

The fact most of them were axed from the show says it all

If there’s one thing a new series of MAFS UK is always going to give us, it’s plenty of villains, and whilst they cause havoc whilst on the show what do they get up to once they’ve left?

Well, from starting a new job at the Grimsby Savers to cashing in on OnlyFans, let’s catch up with the worst MAFS UK villains over the years and see what they’re all up to now.

Brad Skelly

Brad was removed from MAFS UK after showing love bombing and controlling behaviour, leading the experts to intervene. A spokesperson for Channel 4 explained: “The couple’s exit plays out in the show. It was agreed with experts Paul, Mel and Charlene that the intensive Married at First Sight environment was not working for the couple and was the right time to leave the experiment.”

However, it wasn’t long before Brad went back to normality following his time on the show as he was spotted on Grisby’s Savers local Facebook page as an employee. In the picture shared, he could be seen in Savers uniform whilst holding up fragrance bottles as part of a promotional Christmas display.

Matt Murray is another infamous MAFS UK villain after he cheated on his wife Gemma with co-star Whitney Hughes. He and Whitney then re-entered the experiment together but soon broke up after filming finished.

He then started dating previous MAFS cast member Marilyse Corrigan but she ended their relationship after accusing him of “controlling” and “gaslighting” behaviour.

He recently shared on Instagram that he’s been sober from alcohol and “hard drugs” for almost one year and also offers online coaching.

His coaching business focuses on fitness and health, with an emphasis on combat sports, callisthenics, mental health and functional fitness.

Nikita Jasmine

Nikita Jasmine was axed from the show in 2021 after breaking the MAFS code of conduct after she displayed an “unacceptable” level of “aggression.”

A statement released by E4 at the time said: “During filming, a situation escalated off camera and Nikita displayed a level of aggression that was unacceptable and breached our agreed code of conduct on behaviour.

“As a result, she was asked to leave the experiment. All involved have been offered support and Nikita has since apologised and resolved the situation with those involved.”

Despite her removal from MAFS, it wasn’t long before she was back on the reality TV scene again as she took part in Celebs Go Dating. Although, this didn’t do much to help her reputation as relationship expert Anna Williamson revealed that she “wouldn’t stop flashing her privates” during filming. Yikes.

In November of last year, Nikita revealed she’d been victim to a “random attack” of physical violence in a club in Newcastle which left her with broken ribs. However, she has now started her newest business venture called Bangin Bods where she offers non-surgical body treatments to make you look more toned and sculpted.

Following his time on MAFS UK, cast member George was arrested by the police after three of his previous girlfriends raised concerns over his “controlling” and “coercive” behaviour.

In a statement, the Met Police later confirmed that no further action would be taken against him, saying: “A 40-year-old man was arrested by Met officers in Worcestershire on Thursday, 29 September 2022 on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour.

“He was taken to a Worcestershire police station and was initially bailed to return pending further enquiries before being released under investigation. All enquiries have now been completed and no further action will be taken. All parties have been informed of this outcome. The investigation followed an allegation of controlling and coercive behaviour and harassment reported to the Met on Monday, 26 September 2022.”

His ex April, who he’d met whilst on MAFS later revealed that being on the show had “ruined her life”, adding: “The traumas that have been brought on from this show have made me re-evaluate things. I really have and I’m not ashamed to admit, I have been seeing a therapist ever since.”

Whitney Hughes

Whitney reentered the MAFS UK experiment as a villain after cheating on her husband Duka with Matt Murray, resulting in serious backlash from viewers. But her behaviour on the show doesn’t seem to have impacted her prospects following filming as she’s now an ambassador for Official Hair Rush Beauty, as well as starting her own OnlyFans account.

She later appeared in a new reality show called There’s A Catch, where she and six other OnlyFans creators find out their perfect holiday to Spain has to be funded by their going out and catching literal fish every day on a boat.
