Omg, Jimmy and Chelsea have been announced as the new Love Is Blind hosts!

Guys, it’s actually been announced that season six couple Jimmy Presnell and Chelsea Blackwell are going to be the new hosts of Love Is Blind. I’m shook to my core!

Following a rocky few seasons for previous hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey, Netflix has confirmed to The Tab that Jimmy and Chelsea will take over, with hopes it will inject “some life and shock factor” back into the show.

“The viewers have been tired of Nick and Vanessa Lachey for a long time,” a source from Netflix told The Tab. “Netflix and Love Is Blind creators were hoping to bag Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly to bring back some life and a level of shock factor to the show, but have decided to settle on the next best thing instead. The format of the show has become tired in the last few seasons, Jimmy and Chelsea will do it some good.”

They added Jimmy and Chelsea are “perfect for the role” as they have that “villain edge” plus the knowledge of what all the couples are going through in the experiment. “Yes, neither of them have hosting experience, but it’s worth the risk, they can’t exactly be worse than how bland season five before their season was.”

Jimmy and Chelsea are thought to be “ecstatic” with the news but have said it could be a “little awkward” since they’re not together anymore. “Chelsea has been overheard saying it could be a great opportunity for them to try again, but Jimmy seems less keen. He just wants to make some money and be done with it,” the Netflix source added. Savage.

It’s been previously reported that Netflix has been “considering replacing” Vanessa and Nick Lachey as hosts of Love Is Blind, after a petition to have them removed from the show now has over 45k signatures. The next Love Is Blind season will be the UK version with hosts Emma and Matt Willis, and then Jimmy and Chelsea will take over from there.
