Omg! MAFS Australia’s Duncan and Evelyn have confirmed they are in a relationship

Married at First Sight Australia stars Evelyn and Duncan have confirmed they are in a relationship! The couple were matched with different people during the experiment but found love with each other after the cameras stopped rolling.

In an interview with 9Entertainment, the pair lifted the lid on their romance by doing an Honesty Box challenge and revealed how their relationship came about.

The first question read asked: “Are you in a relationship?” “Yes I am!” Duncan said with a big old smile on his face, continuing: “Well yes we are!”

Evelyn added: “This is Evelyn and Duncan’s hard launch. It feels good to finally just say it, and it feels kind of exhilarating in a weird, freeing way.”

MAFS Australia groom Duncan explained how his relationship with Evelyn began after they started hanging out after the show as they both live in Sydney and “one thing led to another”.

“All of a sudden we went on a couple of nights, and some of the warm fuzzy feelings happened in my stomach and I thought, ‘What’s this? How we going here?’ Then one thing led to another.”

The rest of the cast were aware of their relationship and Evelyn said they were welcomed “in the post positive way”. “Obviously [we] gave Rupert a call as well,” she said. “And got the blessing from Rupert! He was very supportive as well,” Duncan added.

Rumours about a relationship between MAFS Australia stars Duncan and Evelyn were going around for a while after the show stopped filming and there was a lot of evidence to suggest it was true. The pair were spotted on a number of dates around Sydney and would often attend events together and at first they denied their romance.

The couple are now incredibly smitten and if there is one post-show cross-couple romance viewers are rooting for, it’s this one.
