Ranked: Which Million Dollar Beach House agent has made the most commission?

Million Dollar Beach House is another glitzy Netflix property show, where we watch real estate agents sell incredible houses and boast about how much they earn in commission. You’ll be forgiven for getting extremely jealous of their seemingly breezy work lives. But, how much do they actually earn? In the uber-competitive Million Dollar Beach House office, who really is the most successful agent?

CIA Landlords has put together the data for how much each Million Dollar Beach House agent has really made in commission, and sent it exclusively to The Tab. Here is who is the most successful Million Dollar Beach House agent, ranked by how much commission they have each earned on the show.

1. Peggy Zabakolas – $2,379,700 in overall commission

The most successful Million Dollar Beach House agent is Peggy, who made a huge $2.3million in commission during the show. What’s more impressive is that she made this much by only selling two properties. She sold a whopping $32million listing in East Hampton which pocketed her $1.9million in commission and a $7.9million property which made her another $479,700. Not a bad few days at the office at all.

2. James ‘Jimmy’ Giugliano – $1,616,063 in overall commission

Up second is the big dog in the Nest Seekers office in the Hamptons – Jimmy. He may not be top with commission figures, but he’s sold way more properties than the others – making this money through the sale of seven different listings. The most impressive of these sales was a $40million listing in Southampton – Jimmy bagged $600,000 of the commission. He also sold two properties for $9.4million, and others for $7.4million, $6.9million, $6.2million and $5.8million.

3. JB Andreassi – $1,547,375 in overall commission

In third is self-confessed rookie JB. But for a rookie he hasn’t done badly at all, still managing to make one and a half million in commission during the show. He’s sold an impressive six properties, including the same $40million listing with Jimmy and splitting the commission. His highest solo sale was a $9.5million property which helped him secure $285,000.

4. Michael Fulfree – $1,110,000 in overall commission

In fourth is Michael, having made just over $1million in commission, across the sale of two properties. He sold a $15million listing in Southampton which made him $750,000 and a $6million listing in Sag Harbor which made him $360,000. Not a bad amount to help pay for settling in his new baby.

5. Noel Roberts – $118,688 in overall commission

Unfortunately, Noel hasn’t been as lucky as his fellow Million Dollar Beach House cast members. That’s probably because *spoiler alert* the $35million listing didn’t end up being sold. He’s made $118,688 in commission during the show, from just one property – a $9.4million house. Which still isn’t bad going at all, really.
