Nicky Jam and his girlfriend are toured around the penthouse by Ryan and Genesis, with Nicky saying the apartment is “perfect” for him, so clearly the huge asking price doesn’t seem to be a huge issue for him.
In 2016 one of Nicky’s songs reached over one billion views on YouTube, with his songs regularly entering Billboard’s Top 100 and he even had an Apple Music documentary made about him in 2019.
He’s also appeared in films as an an actor, and even had a Netflix film made that was based around his life, which also would have landed him a substantial payday.
Now, some older estimates claim his net worth is around $25 million but given that Nicky Jam was looking at a $50 million property on Owning Manhattan that seems a bit lower than expected.
Other sources claim he’s worth more like $65 million, which makes more sense on paper but it might not be that he’d pay for the property in cash, and so even if he was worth just $25 million, he’d still be able to afford the $50 million apartment.
