Polly just revealed the exact plastic surgery she opted for before Selling The OC
So here for her keeping it real
Polly Brindle from Selling The OC has been the subject of endless speculation about cosmetic surgery.
Recently, she opened up to Reality Shrine with a detailed breakdown of what she has and hasn’t had done.
Spoiler: much of her ‘glow-up’ comes from non-surgical skin work, not a full-blown overhaul. Let’s dig in and see what she confirmed….
Breast enlargement

Polly has publicly confirmed that the only surgical procedure she’s had is a breast enlargement when she was 21, per The Tab.
That’s the only surgical work she acknowledges and everything else falls under cosmetic treatments or skin maintenance.
She told Reality Shrine: “I have never had any lip work, rhinoplasty, cheek/jawline sculpting or any surgical procedures at all (except a breast enlargement when I was 21).”
Botox

Polly revealed that she gets Botox roughly every four months, a routine she has maintained for a long time.
She told us: “I get Botox every 4 months and have done for 10 years.”
Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily softens fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles. Because it is non-surgical and quick, it’s widely used by reality TV personalities for a smoother, youthful look.
Under-eye filler

Polly also disclosed that she had a small amount of under-eye filler for the tear trough around 2017, but hasn’t had any filler treatments since.
Given that fillers are temporary and eventually metabolised by the body over months or a few years, it’s unlikely this really contributes to her current look.
Laser and ultrasound skin treatments

Over the past five years, Polly told us that she has experimented with skin-resurfacing and tightening technologies.
She said that her treatments have included CO₂ laser around her eyes, full-face “Lutronic laser” to improve overall skin texture and brightness, Morpheus 8 laser, Sofwave ultrasound therapy, and Vivace Ultra”laser treatments.
These treatments are non-surgical, designed to stimulate collagen renewal, tighten skin, smooth fine lines, and improve texture, often with minimal downtime, per SoCal Plastic Surgeons.
Polly herself said this laser journey helped her regain confidence.
Because of the lasers and her skin’s renewed glow, the doctors at the clinic ultimately advised her against doing fillers, so even though people speculated she was getting more injectable work, she passed.
Polly denied these surgical procedure rumours

Despite persistent rumours swirling around the internet, Polly denies ever having had lip enhancements, rhinoplasty, or cheek/jawline sculpting.
As some commentators point out, perceived changes in her lips, nose, or jaw could be due to lighting, makeup, weight changes, camera angles, or simply the effects of her skin treatments.
She told Reality Shrine that she hasn’t had any surgical procedures carried out on her face: “I have never had any lip work, rhinoplasty, cheek/jawline sculpting or any surgical procedures at all…”
Putting it all together, Polly’s transformation is less about surgical overhaul and more about skin-care science plus some standard beauty maintenance.
The breast enlargement at 21 is the only real surgical work she admits to. Everything else, Botox, a single under-eye filler session, and a full suite of lasers and ultrasound treatments, is cosmetic but non-invasive, aiming to enhance her skin, not reshape her face dramatically.
