And it sounds like Alex had quite the traumatic delivery, as her daughter was born “code blue” with Alex recalling the moment on her Instagram.
She explained: “As a 19 year old who’d just given birth hearing seven doctors and nurses scream those words in the delivery room & I had no idea what it meant was altogether terrifying. All I remember saying was ‘why isn’t she crying?’ code blue translates to-DEAD.
“No pulse-no heartbeat. What seemed like an eternity went by and after a doctor sternly and assertively came into the room and resuscitated my not even one minute old baby, we heard a cry-finally.
“Her umbilical cord was abnormally short, so as she came through the birthing canal, the cord was stretched so tight that she was not receiving oxygen during delivery for over 10 minutes.”
Alex added: “There were so many other insane hurdles we had to overcome like, my allergic reaction to the epidural that nearly killed me, Gianna fracturing my pubic bone during delivery leaving me unable to walk for 6 month after her birth and severe undiagnosed postpartum depression.”

Alex Hall married her ex-husband Neil Flores when she was 19, with the pair divorcing seven years later she she was 26 in 2015.
He’s a California-based attorney and the father of her two children, with Alex and him splitting who has the kids.
Neil graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and was admitted to the state bar of California in March 2020.
He specialises in workers’ compensation and international law and started his first business in the medical industry at the age of 18 following high school.
He went on to graduate with honours from the University of California Irvine, and immediately after, was offered a position at a Venture Capital Firm in Orange County.
Alex was the one who ultimately filed for divorce from him, with the type of case is listed as a family legal separation lawsuit and is currently unclassified.
