One of the best mansions by far we got shown during Selling The OC was looked around by none other than former RHOC star Elizabeth Lyn Vargas and her boyfriend Aldi.
It was genuinely the most ridiculously extravagant house I’ve ever seen, and with $25,950,000 price tag attached, it’s safe to say Elizabeth must be doing fairly well for herself.
So, let’s get into how rich she actually is, because let’s just say she got a lot in her prior divorce settlement.

So, on the Selling The OC, RHOC star Elizabeth Lyn Vargas and Aldi tour a $25 million mansion with spa, eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a guest house and even its very own spa.
Elizabeth seems to fall utterly in love with the property, although she does ask whether she could offer $700k less, and just as an FYI it appears the house is still on the market.

According to estimates, Elizabeth has a net worth of around $30 million, but she’s likely worth even more following her divorce from millionaire Bernt Bodal, the former CEO of American Seafoods in 2017.
According to The Sun, Elizabeth was making just $1,721 per month when they split whilst Bernt was making an insane $86,955.
She receives an estimated $31,000 per month in spousal support following their divorce, including $11,368.09 mortgage payment for her $5 million Newport Beach property, and two monthly payments for her Range Rover and Bentley.
Bernt is also required to disclose any bonus income he received and give Elizabeth 37.7 per cent of that amount. Safe to say, she’s absolutely minted.
She’s also the CEO of Edge Music Network, which she described as the modern digital version of MTV.

Whilst Elizabeth Lyn Vargas appeared on Selling The OC, she’s appearing on reality TV less since her contract was pulled from RHOC after one season.
As for her current boyfriend Aldi, we don’t know much about their relationship and it seems that their appearance on Selling The OC was the first time they’ve been seen together.
