Ok, it’s time to debunk if the viral picture of Lana Del Rey’s ‘The Substance’ toes is actually real
Everyone is freaking out
I don’t know what it is about Lana Del Rey, but the poor lass always finds her the victim of a viral photoshop that the majority of the online world somehow falls for. Whether it’s a dodgy Instagram comment or story that she never even posted or a weird edit of how she looks, it seemingly never ends. Right now for Lana Del Rey, she’s currently the victim of an X post so viral that it has over 200,000 likes and over 15 million views – and that post is claiming she’s taken the substance from The Substance and its resulted in a bizarre picture of her toes. The foot fetish lot were probably rejoicing, but it’s time to get fully debunking whether the viral picture of the Lana Del Rey toes has any truth or if this is all just a sign to log off the internet for the day.
The Substance is just a movie you guys

In the viral tweet, you can see that a fan has zoomed seriously into the toes of Lana Del Rey in a group picture – and something is afoot. If you’ll pardon the pun. Although fair play, that was so bad it doesn’t actually deserve pardoning.
The picture that’s doing the rounds shows Lana’s toes looking kind of like when people do a severed finger prank with hot dogs. Very long and seemingly severed from her actual foot. But guys, in case you need clarification, she is not taking the fictional substance from the Demi Moore film and her feet look literally normal in the original post.

Whilst the denim does make them look a bit weird, her toes are of somewhat normal proportion. So we can all calm down!
There’s another angle of her foot from the same post that shows this more clearly.
Not sure why am I debunking weird toes conspiracy theorist today, but here we are. We can all go back to our lives right now and resume our normal programming. Although online, when the hell does that ever happen?
