Um, Tim was texting MAFS Australia 2024 bride Eden whilst on his honeymoon with Katie?!

Just when we thought we’d heard enough of Tim on MAFS Australia 2025 – it turns out he was texting Eden from last year whilst on his honeymoon?! Yep, as if he didn’t treat new bride Katie badly enough, he was also messaging a former cast member at the same time. I’m so done here.

So far we’ve not seen much good to go by with primary school teacher, Tim. He got married to Katie and from the get-go, seemed to be trying to grasp at negatives. He said there was “no spark” between them, he wanted that “initial attraction” – all the usual classic lines. Then, he dropped the ultimate man-on-a-dating-show line: “My usual type is petite blondes.” Sigh.

From then, Katie didn’t really stand a chance. Since the show has aired, one of the “petite blondes” who hooked up with Tim before the show has spoken out, and she didn’t really have a single nice thing to say. But on top of this, MAFS 2024 bride Eden Harper has revealed Tim dropped her some DMs… whilst on his honeymoon!

Eden was with Jayden last year, but the pair didn’t work out. Since then, she’s spilled all about what happened with Tim. She posted his messages to TikTok, and explained she initially thought he was reaching out for advice. But, she said having watched the show now, she thinks differently. The late-night messages appeared to be a bit slurred, shall we say.

“I got this DM during honeymoon week of MAFS 2025 and I just thought it was someone asking for advice. But this is so f*cked up after watching last night,” she said.

Tim’s message was littered with typos, and read: “Hey been so refreshing listening to the interview on Yahoo. I’m on MAFS atm and. Now and so un sure. Hope to soon soon.” What does that even mean?!

Eden replied a few hours later, at 6am. She said: “Hey! Hope you’re doing all good in there! It can be rough at times.” She captioned the TikTok video of the messages: “We stand with Katie.”

One person in the comments added: “He’s a teacher and he can’t even write a proper sentence with correct grammar and punctuation. Oh dear.” Another said: “If there’s one thing men have, it’s audacity.”

Yikes!
