Nathan speaks out about Lacey after MAFS UK reunion and it’s low key a little shady

After a turbulent MAFS UK 2024 reunion special, Nathan has finally spoken out about what happened between himself and Lacey. The couple looked strong during the experiment, but things broke down shortly after.

Then, Nathan and Lacey became the centre of the dramatic MAFS UK 2024 reunion this week. Their breakup was a constant topic of conversation. Lacey wouldn’t let him get a word in, as he said things ended when she tried to “fake” a “showmance” in order to get magazine deals and “more money”.

Lacey denied this being the reason they broke up, and instead pinned the blame on Nathan making her feel not enough. She accused him of changing after the experiment.

During the reunion show, Nathan didn’t really get a chance to speak. So, after it aired he took to Instagram to get his voice heard. He got everything he wanted to say off his chest. And, it hasn’t gone unnoticed that he made a few digs at Lacey along the way.

“Thank you so much to everyone for the kind messages,” he said. “I came on the show to meet my person and to find true love and I came away with the most amazing friends and I cherish the time I was a hubby.

“I’m grateful to have found love and for lessons that I learned. I would love to find the lobster for my roll. Who knows, maybe I’ll get some tips from the main man @paulcbrunson. But for now I’m grateful for the support and for supporting me for being my authentic and real self.”

I see you Nathan, saying you’re “authentic” and “real” – which is everything he accused Lacey of not being. A lot went down after they split. The pair broke up not long after filming ended.

It was said it turned very frosty between the pair, leading to “bitter rows” and them blocking each other on socials. Lacey then said the real reason behind their breakup was Nathan failing to support her Race For Life fundraiser. She then said he went cold on her. Nathan’s side of the story was that she had proposed a “fake” relationship in order to get brand deals.
