Polly reveals the real reason she pulled out of the MAFS UK reunion just two days before filming

The MAFS UK 2024 reunion finally aired this week, and one cast member who was notably absent was Polly Sellman. She had loads of drama with Adam during the experiment, so he probably thought he got a lucky break with her not showing up.

Polly and Adam were matched during the experiment. However, they constantly argued and fought over if they were compatible or not. They managed to make it to final vows, where it all fell apart. Since the show, they’ve been constantly beefing back and forth.

Polly has since very much left the show behind her, and has started a new life in Australia. However, she was invited to film for the reunion, but just chose not to. She’s revealed she pulled out just two days before filming was meant to take place.

On TikTok, Polly said: “Seems fitting for everyone who’s asking me why I didn’t attend tonight. I was in Centre Parcs when filming was. And I pulled out two days before because it wasn’t the best decision for me at the time. I wanted to stay with my best friends who genuinely cared about the head space I was in at the time.”

A lot of people thought it was her move to Australia behind her absence. But, the reunion was filmed in November. This was before Polly had made her big move. Polly has since found love, with a new man she’s met whilst out there. She’s said their relationship is going “just as it should be” and she feels as though she’s getting “validation and honesty” from her new man.
