From having babies to still beefing: What the Love Is Blind UK season one cast are up to now

It’s now been a year since we met the cast of Love Is Blind UK season one, and boy, they’ve been busy. Usually when you read things about what a cast of a show have been up to there are a few wholesome updates, and a couple who might still be dredging up the past to cling onto their moment in the spotlight.

But, for Love Is Blind UK season one, I mean it when I say that’s not the case. This bunch…. they’re busy. We’re talking new engagements, babies, fights and going on even more TV shows. It’s a lot. So, here’s what the cast of Love Is Blind UK season one are up to now, and how life has been for them since the pods.

Jasmin and Bobby are expecting a baby!

Jasmin and Bobby were one of the only successful couples after Love Is Blind UK season one – and now they’re expecting a baby! Yes, they’re still together and happily married, and have reached the next huge milestone. Their baby boy is due in winter 2025.

Meanwhile, Jasmin is still working as a mental health nurse, but has 185k Instagram followers now so has also been doing some influencing work. She’s been going to brand events, and has done adverts with products such as Bali Body tan. Remember that music video that was resurfaced of Bobby’s whilst the show was on? Well, he’s still working as a musician, and has now linked the music video is his Insta bio. Love that for him.

Do I need to tell you that Nicole and Benaiah are living their best lives? Well, they are. They had a few ups and downs on Love Is Blind, but really came through with a wholesome journey by the end.

Now, Benaiah hosts the Beyond The Pods podcast with fellow Love Is Blind UK season one dater Freddie Powell, and Nicole still works in the wellness profession. She is an ambassador for an ADHD founder-led community. Together, they’re always having fun. Nicole and Benaiah have a joint Instagram account, and are always on holiday or at events.

Freddie has been on Perfect Match

Freddie met Catherine in the pods, and they agreed to get married. They had their ups and downs, and on the wedding day, Catherine said “I do” but Freddie decided to walk away. He’s left this all behind him and has been appearing on the latest series of Netflix’s Perfect Match.

On there, he explored a connection with Love Is Blind star Madison Errichiello. But Madison revealed nothing came of it. “Although Freddie and i didn’t continue beyond the villa, I am so grateful for the time we had together. I really believe we were meant to meet in that moment of time,” she said. Freddie is now rumoured to be dating Lucy from Too Hot To Handle.

Catherine is still dating fellow pod cast member Jake

Freddie has moved on, and Catherine is still with Jake. Straight after it was revealed her relationship with Freddie had fallen through, Catherine shared she’d been dating Jake Singleton-Hill since filming had ended. Jake was also in the pods, but had limited screen time because he didn’t find a connection.

Catherine and Jake have been on holidays together, and Catherine recently shared a picture of them captioned: “Life keeps getting better.” Catherine has also been doing some influencing work, and is an ambassador for FashionNova.

And of course, Catherine and Freddie are still beefing

Catherine and Freddie were never going to let it go easily.  After the show aired, Freddie said of his relationship with Catherine: “We’re still friends, and I have a lot of love for her, we gave it a go for a little bit, but it just wasn’t meant to be.” But, Catherine doesn’t seem on the same page.

As Freddie was announced for the Perfect Match, Catherine made a dig at him that has made her feelings very clear. There’s bad blood, and we definitely shouldn’t expect them to work things out.

On her Instagram story, Catherine posted a promotional clip from Perfect Match. In it, Freddie said: “I’ve been single since Love Is Blind. I think it’s fair to say I didn’t find my perfect match.” Catherine added a bunch of big nose, “lying face” emojis. Yikes.

Ollie is engaged to AD from Love Is Blind, and they’re expecting too!

Ollie and Demi made it to their wedding, but didn’t get married. Then, in a wild turn of events, it was revealed he’s now dating AD, from the original US Love Is Blind. What a crossover! The pair met whilst filming Perfect Match, which is currently airing, and in this time have got engaged AND are expecting a baby together. It’s been a ride!

Maria and Tom are both still single

Maria and Tom made it to their wedding, but ultimately split up. It was never going to work after their differing opinions on money and splitting bills. The pair have both said they’re still single now, with Tom describing himself as “hideously single.”

Maria still hangs out with Love Is Blind UK pal Jasmin, and they post a lot together. She also still works as a makeup artist. Tom has launched his own male community to promote men’s mental health, called The Shoulder To Shoulder Men’s Community, and he has a podcast all about male behaviour in relationships.

Sam is engaged!

Sam really took us on a journey. And now he’s engaged! After the show it was revealed he’s dating model and reality TV star, Shani Goldstein. In July, they announced their engagement.

Sabrina and Steven have been relatively quiet

Sabrina and Steven had the most dramatic breakup ever. Going into the reunion, they were everyone’s safest bet for who would still be together. But, it came out their relationship lasted a measly 86 days, and had broken down very messily. Sabrina claimed he made no effort to see her, and called out his lack of communication. He briefly mentioned his finances, quitting his job and something going on in his family, which all played a part in it not working out between them. It was all a bit much.

Sabrina appears to be single, and working in luxury travel. She’s been checking into F1 events, Ascot, and holidaying in Cannes. Steven on the other hand has kept up his personal training work, and still hangs out with other Love Is Blind cast members. He had a gifted stay in Menorca recently, so really can’t complain about being on the show!
