Ouch! Lacey slams Nathan’s ‘nice guy’ act on MAFS UK as ‘fake’ and all for the cameras

It’s all getting messy, as Lacey has slammed her MAFS UK 2024 ex Nathan and said he was “fake” on camera. Since their split she’s finally spoken out, and now she’s admitted she fears their entire relationship was faked on his side.

The couple made it to the end of the show together, but it was later revealed they’d since split. Then things turned sour as it’s been reported they’d had “bitter rows” and Nathan blocked Lacey on socials.

Last week, Lacey spoke out about the break up for the first time, and said she “didn’t recognise” Nathan anymore. “I genuinely didn’t think he would do this to me. What we had was so real and special,” she said. She added: “I’m just hurt because I just feel like he didn’t appreciate me in the end. I gave him my all. I genuinely did.”

She’s now said the way he’s reacted since the show ended has made her think he must have been faking his feelings all along. She also slammed how his “nice guy” persona on the show was all for the cameras. Yikes.

When discussing the real reason the relationship broke down, Lacey said cracks began to form when they attended a birthday party for fellow MAFS bride, Holly. She said Nathan was more interested in chatting to Alex, than her. She said Nathan had been worried about being asked by producers to discuss with Alex an argument Alex had with Lacey, and how that might look on camera.

“It does make me question if the whole thing was fake on his part,” she told The Sun. “I was just like, ‘Why do you care about how you’re looking?’ I feel like he just lacked passion for me and passion for our relationship. Throughout the experiment, thinking back, he would always say, ‘Oh, I want to be the nice guy. I just want to be the nice guy’.”

She added: “I did try and make Nathan realise that when I’ve tried to reach out, like, even the strongest couples argue, you know, but to completely withdraw and block me has broke my heart because despite our relationship, we had a good friendship and I just felt like I didn’t deserve how he treated me.”

Despite all this, she has added that she would take Nathan back, if he was interested.
