Gale revealed that she’s been doing the patches for three years, with them being small adhesive discs you can apply to specific points of the body.
According to their website they work by using infrared light emitting diode arrays to stimulate underlying nerves.

Gale was also very open about her diet, saying she regularly eats ginger to try and help decrease inflammation, alongside avoiding GMO products where she can.
