The Members Only: Palm Beach ladies are living a seriously lavish lifestyle, and now I need to know who lives in the most expensive house. We already saw Hilary Musser‘s gigantic mansion, and on top of that, she’s built a waterfront property to sell for $42 million.
1. Hilary Musser lives in the most expensive house

Hilary lives in a ginormous $40 million property in Palm Beach. She has been building the home for herself since 2021, after buying the lot at 3208 Washington Road for $5 million a year before, after listing another property for nearly $17.8 million at the same time.
She had moved to a $6 million Mediterranean villa in Palm Beach in 2005 after separating from her late husband, Pete Musser. She let him live in the old place she designed for herself, including an office she had made, while he spent most of his time in a condo-like office.
She put up for sale a $42 million waterfront home, complete with its own cinema, pool, and gorgeous furnishings. Technically, Hilary owns the place, even though she’s hoping a big-time buyer goes for it, meaning she owns the most property as a real estate developer.
2. Rosalyn lives in the second most expensive

Rosalyn’s Palm Beach journey began after her fifth child went to college. She and her husband moved into their empty nesters home after raising their family in Bucks County, and claims she lives on the island of Palm Beach, despite apparently living in Boca Raton.
The show uses exterior video shots of a home on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, where she’s believed to live with her husband, David Cone. In April 2019, they re-listed their Manhattan apartment at the Greenwich Lane for $9.9 million.
3. Rosalyn lives in a $5.6 million home

Rosalyn’s home with her husband, Jonathan, is believed to be worth a minimum of $5,5 million. They live along Highland Beach with four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, with access to the ocean straight from their doorstep. Lush!
4. Maria has lived in Palm Beach for three years

Maria Cozamanis is relatively new to Palm Beach after living there for five years as one of the area’s top DJs. Both her and her husband, Damon, live on Delray Beach, with their home priced at a minimum value of $4.2 million!
5. Ro-mina has her own gym and sauna
Ro-mina lives along River Road in Palm Beach, where she shares her own home gym and sauna with her husband and children. She sold her last home in October 2025, which has been listed for a whopping $3.3 million. Ro-mina claims she won’t sell it for under asking price!
