Owning Manhattan’s Nile Lundgren has sold over $500m in houses, so what’s his net worth?
He just became Broker of the Year
Nile Lundgren isn’t only a good person, but a super successful Owning Manhattan real estate agent with a huge net worth. He’s sold over $500m in houses alone, and won the award for Broker of the Year 2025, so it’s safe to say he’s really enjoying his wealth.
He is reportedly worth a whopping nine million dollars, is the second top real estate agent under CEO Ryan Serhant, having sold over $500 million in sales over the 18 years he’s spent in the property industry. And in a down year, he still sold a whopping $50 million.
Nile can not only speak both English and Spanish, but he has three qualifications in property sales, including being a licensed associate real estate broker, real estate sales associate, and as a licensed real estate advisor. And he’s got his very own team under Serhant!

He’s the Lundgren Team principal broker and has sold a whopping 58 properties, alongside 31 rentals. His biggest sale was a $32 million property on Bay Ave, which came with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and was quite frankly beautiful.
Nile knows Manhattan incredibly well because he lived there for over a decade, and currently lives in Williamsburg. He’s a former inside linebacker at Trinity College, where he earned his B.A. in English and Hispanic Studies, and loves travelling in his space time.

It was the 2008 financial crash that influenced him to go down the real estate path, because seven years later, he began dabbling in luxury homes with the help of Compass brokerage, where he first worked as an associate. He later joined Serhant, and the rest is history!
