Jordan reveals whether he’s still at Serhant after standoff with Ryan on Owning Manhattan
He'd been left feeling unappreciated all season
During the newest season of Owning Manhattan, Jordan March continually felt unappreciated and underutilised throughout, leading to a huge fight with Ryan Serhant about his future at the company.
We see Jordan go back and forth throughout the season about whether he should stay at Serhant or move to another company.

The last time Ryan and Jordan spoke it was very heated, with Ryan calling Jordan “a d*ck” and telling him he needed to decide whether to stay with the company or quit. However, the outcome wasn’t revealed during Owning Manhattan, but now Jordan March has revealed all in an interview with realtor.com.
Jordan got the listing for 1 Park Row, however he and Ryan got into hot water with each other after Jordan took a meeting with a different broker.

Jordan explained: “Ultimately, there’s no perfect relationship between a boss and his workers. For me, working with Ryan is a way for me to still leverage my career but, I put a lot into this. I’m not ready to walk away from what I’m seeing and, ultimately, what I can leverage in Ryan.”
He continued: “I’m not gonna let necessarily people push me out. I’m gonna go on my own terms, I’m gonna go on my own timing, and I think it’s important that I control my narrative.”
As for whether Jordan is still at Serhant, he revealed that he’s still “planted” there, but it seems he’s still considering quitting and moving to another brokerage.
He revealed: “That’s not to say that all offers are off the table either,” adding that he’d consider leaving Serhant if he got a “perfect offer.”

As for how things are between Ryan and Jordan after their on-screen argument, Jordan explained that whilst they are “friendly” now and will always be “brothers”, the pair will need to talk about what happened between them. Bring on the next season!
