He starts every day with a workout
Ryan Serhant is the CEO of the real estate firm featured on Owning Manhattan, and a big part of his success is his dedication to his strenuous daily routine. He’s waking up at 4am and not going to sleep until 11pm each night, with a day full of business meetings.
Ryan wakes up at 4.18am every single day
Ryan wakes up at 4.18am and immediately checks his emails. He then heads to the gym for an intense workout of weights and cardio. The CEO’s main business day is then often structured in 15-minute blocks from 8am to 6.30pm or later, and it’s mostly meetings.
Getting ready involves brushing with his Greek toothpaste, having a dance, and prepping his skin for a busy day. When he gets to the office around 8am, he intermittently fasts until 12pm, which is when he has six daily eggs with avocado, bacon and a protein shake.

Deals, meetings and Zoom calls
Ryan rarely leaves his desk to eat, because he’s constantly in business meetings. Once those are over, he usually films a quick podcast on his break, before returning to more Zoom calls. Then it’s a quick haircut before grabbing a flight. No big deal!
Social media is a huge part of his day
Ryan is usually meeting real estate agents or potential clients, and then does property and promotional content, as well as agent tours. One day, it’s a launch party, and the next, it’s event discussions and a client dinner by the time evening rolls around.
Family time is always at 8.30pm

Ryan usually spends time with his family at 8.30pm, when he winds down for the evening. But by 10pm, he’s already looking at his emails and following up on meetings for the following day. And finally, his head hits the pillow by 11pm, ready for another five-hour sleep.
