Sadly, we won’t be getting a reunion for this season of Selling The OC, and we all know the reunions are great for spilling the tea.
But worry not, as we’ve put together a list of all the lingering questions you might have after the newest season of the show, and tried our best to answer them, so who really needs reunions anyway?!
Has Alex managed to sell Cypress yet?
The debate on which agent was going to be list the Cypress property on Selling The OC was one of the hot topics this season, but has Alex Hall sold the property yet?
Well, it turns out she hasn’t actually sold it yet, but that’s entirely because Jason has decided he’s putting the $15 million listing on pause for a while, as the time isn’t right.
Talking to realtor.com, Alex revealed: “It’s still not been taken to market yet actively. There’s still tenants currently living in the home and Jason and I both agree that it’s not a property we want to try to take on selling while there is somebody living in the home.”
Whilst Jason insists he’s “easy” about which client goes for the property when they do decide to list, Alex admits she “finds that very hard to believe!”
She added: “We’ll see how he is as a client as soon as I have answers for that. It might be more of a group effort.
“I might need to pull in some help from some other agents at the office if Jason starts giving me flak.”
Does Gio still feel bitter about not getting the listing?
Whilst Jason felt Alex Hall was the best agent to get Cypress sold, some of the other agents at Selling The OC weren’t so sure, including Gio.
He admitted he’s still feeling a bit bitter about the property, telling Tudum: “I think I deserved it as much as Alex Hall, if not more.
“And it’s not so much the one listing. I felt like, for me, it was what that Cypress listing represented, as far as respect in Jason’s eyes.”
Are Polly and Luke still together?
Polly Brindle and Luke Gulbranson have officially called it quits following their fling on Selling The OC, and she’s moved on with Meyer Swanepoel.
Polly and Meyer hard launched their relationship just three weeks ago, with someone commenting, “love this new man for you” with Polly responding: “Same!! He was worth the wait!”
Meyer Swanepoel was born and grew up in Cape Town, and was previously a professional rugby player before moving into the real estate market himself.
In 2018 he opened his own boutique brokerage in Cape Town, before moving to San Diego in 2021 following splitting up with his wife, Kiersten.
Meyer Swanepoel is currently working at Compass, a real estate company and it seems things between him and Polly are going well as she’s actually moving to live with her new boyfriend after Selling The OC.
She revealed on her story over the weekend that she’s moving out of her apartment in order to move in “with her boyfriend” and giving that she’s heading to San Diego it makes sense she’s moving in with Meyer.
Polly also appeared on the Sunshine Secrets Of The OC podcast with Lisa Huscher, a clairvoyant and intuitive reader at the start of the week, and seemed to discuss her new relationship.
Lisa told Polly: “You are definitely connecting to everything around you in a very sold way because you’re solid in your relationship.”
Polly replied: “I’ve not felt that for a long time, I was single for four years, by choice, I was dating and I had special friends here and there.
“I just knew these different people, yes it could have been something but the timing and for me I just didn’t know what it was, but I knew those people weren’t it.”
She continued: “And then when I met this person pretty quickly I was just like, ‘Oh this is what it is.’ I did think I’d never experience that.”
Is Tyler in a new relationship after the show?
Tyler Stanaland is now a fiancé, and presumably will be married next year!
Following the end of Selling The OC, Tyler Stanaland told Tudum that he was “very happily” in a new relationship with his girlfriend.
He continued: “It’s amazing when you find somebody with similar values, how much easier it is. I don’t feel like I’m having to make myself smaller in any way to make this relationship work.”
And now we know who the new woman in his life is, Hannah Morrisey, with Tyler proposing to her after just five months of dating.
Tyler and Hannah started dating earlier this year in May, with an insider telling Us Weekly: “Tyler is very happily dating Hannah. While it’s relatively new, they’re having a lot of fun. They’ve been traveling a bit together, and Tyler’s really happy.”
Did Gio and his wife decide to continue trying to get pregnant again?

Gio revealed during his birthday party in Palm Springs that he and his wife were expecting, before heartbreakingly telling Alex later in the season that they’d sadly lost the baby.
However, six weeks ago, Gio revealed that Tiffany is pregnant again, writing: “We’ve been very transparent about our journey to grow our family and the heartbreak we’ve walked through over the past year… but today we are REJOICING because God has blessed us with another pregnancy.”
Are Alex and Ian still together?
At the end of Selling The OC, Ian and Alex Hall were very firmly still together, having just bought their first home together, but now she’s revealed they’re going through a very messy split.
It seems everything was going fine for them immediately after the show finished filming, with Alex telling Tudum: “I’ve still got my place here in Orange County. We’ve also got the house in Temecula.”
And whilst there was a lot of speculation about whether Alex Hall and Ian were still together after the Selling The OC, she’s now officially confirmed they’ve split.
She replied to one comment under a TikTok video of the two of them where she was simply asked: “Are you guys still together?”, responding, “No.”
She then elaborated further, writing on her Instagram story: “It’s been a complete clusterf*ck, I moved to Temecula with an open heart but some things came to light that did not align with what I want mine and my kids future to look like.
“I no longer have my home in Sam Clemente and all my furniture and belongings are currently in a storage facility and the kids and I are in a short term rental in Dana Point.
“We are looking for a new home but haven’t found one yet. Sometimes you can have the best intentions but reality doesn’t play out the way you imagined it would.”
