It’s official, the data is in and we now know which agent is the least successful out of the entire Selling The OC and Selling Sunset cast.
Using data from The Tab, it has been revealed that this agent has sold a truly whopping… zero houses.
Yep, they literally haven’t made one single sale, which considering they’ve been at The Oppenheim Group for more than a year isn’t the most encouraging sign.
So, enough anticipation, the agent who hasn’t sold a single property is none other than Amanza, who hasn’t sold a single property.
However, part of that might be the fact that her real estate license actually expired in March 2024, so she’s not even allowed to sell houses, despite that surely being part of her job?!
And Selling Sunset is really letting the side down again compared to Selling The OC, as the next least successful agent is Cheslea, who has apparently only sold one home, with a value of $3,900,000.
From the Selling The OC side, the two agents who have sold the least homes are Fiona and Ashtyn, who have sold two each. Ashtyn closed on a $720k property last year, and a $1.7million home earlier this year.
But, considering that they’re both new and Ashtyn has been pregnant we can definitely excuse them for that.
