There’s some serious drama going on with one of the clients on Selling The OC, Andrew White, as Ashtyn claimed he felt as though Alex and Fiona were flirting with him whilst touring his house.
Since then, Ashtyn has dropped receipts that seem to prove she was telling the truth, whilst Alex Hall has also posted evidence to prove she didn’t flirt with Andrew, and the whole thing is getting very messy.

But enough about the drama between the Selling The OC agents, who actually is Andrew White and what do we know about his very successful OnlyFans girlfriend?
His appearance on Selling The OC wasn’t Andrew’s first foray into the world of reality TV as he’s actually one of the designers on HGTV, and is the co-star of Hot Properties: San Diego.
He bought the house he wanted to sell on Selling The OC for $3.5 million in 2021 and is selling it for $14.9 million, so safe to say he’s going to make some serious profit on it.
Andrew’s been in a relationship with his girlfriend Nikita Sullivan since around April 2020.

Nikkita has become a very successful OnlyFans creator and influencer, with almost one million followers.
Over on her OnlyFans she charges her subscribers $15 per month, and so far has 402 pictures and 140 videos posted on the adult site.

According to estimates she makes around $50k per month, so arguably she could be making more money than Andrew does!
