The Love Is Blind UK weddings are always dramatic, but one outcome I really didn’t see coming was Bardha turning down Jed at the altar.
They seemed so settled with each other, and if anyone was going to say no during decision time, I honestly thought it was going to be Jed.

She was asked: “It’s Kosavar culture for a man to pay so why is this a huge shock to the system for you?”
Bardha replied: “Saying no at the altar had absolutely nothing to do with paying the bills or being taken care of. Literally zero per cent.”
She then responded to another question asking when she knew she was going to say no to Jed, explaining: “The second I was asked, it was mind over heart that made the decision for me in that moment, this is a legitimate marriage, it’s no joke.”
As for whether she was “in love with Jed” or just “loved Jed” in the days leading up to the Love Is Blind UK weddings, Bardha confirmed she was “very much IN love.”
However, it seems there was lot that we didn’t get to see behind the scenes in their relationship as one person asked: “Did you see a different side to him in the days before wedding when cameras weren’t there?”
She confirmed: “Completely, which was the only reason for my decision.”
She added that alongside the “bickering” that “seeing a different side to someone can really burst your bubble and make you realise that six weeks is not enough to say yes to a lifelong marriage and not everyone has the same/ heart intentions as you.”
