TV contestant to get reconstructive surgery after ‘ripping’ very intimate area during filming
She completely tore it open and ouch
A contestant on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has revealed that she horrifying “ripped” her labia and was bleeding profusely following an accident on the show.
It genuinely sounds so painful, as Lucy Spraggan revealed to The Sun exactly what happened during the terrifying on-screen accident.
She explained: “‘I ripped my labia – it was bad. That’s not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that’s never been the same, so much so I’m having some surgery soon to correct it.”
Lucy admitted that she didn’t “really know even what happened” during Celebrity SAS to cause the tear, but assumed it was that the harness “was tight.”

She continued: “I was like, ‘This feels really bad. Surely there can’t be anything.’
“And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood and the doctor came over and I turned around because at that point you literally don’t care about anything. Dignity has gone.”
She added that the medic first thought that her leg had been damaged because of the quantity of blood that was coming out.
Lucy later revealed that two of her male co-stars almost lost a b*ll during the task, adding that she “just had the harness in the wrong place.”
Horrific as that is, it’s also not the only injury the star suffered during filming for the series as she also almost knocked a tooth out, fainted and landed face-first in the sea after attempting to jump from a helicopter into a boat.

This left her with a black eye for her wedding day in June 2024 and forced her to have filler from under her eye dissolved after she ‘hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face’.
During a moment whilst the intense show was being filmed, Lucy was told to jump from a helicopter into a boat. However, she didn’t quite manage to make it, and instead directly plummeted into the sea and made impact with the water directly on her face.
The accident was so bad that she not only received a black eye from it, but also permanently displaced the filler that had been injected into her cheeks.
She explained: “I had the filler under my eyes and when my face hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face.
“By that point I was just in pain everywhere…and the filler didn’t migrate back, when I got home I had to have it dissolved.”
