Brennan Ruault joined Gold Rush back in season 6 but as season 14 plays out this November, fans are noticing that he’s nowhere to be seen. Many viewers of the show have taken to social media to say how much they’re “missing” the former Discovery star.
When fans were first introduced to Brennan, he was a member of Parker Schnabel’s crew. He hails from Invermere, British Colombia, and has a background in logging. During his time on Gold Rush he worked with excavators and saw all his hard work pay off when it came to the gold weigh ins.
Where is Brennan from Gold Rush?
Brennan’s absence from Gold Rush hasn’t gone unnoticed this year. Although he’s no longer a cast member on the show, he is still involved in the gold mining industry.
Taking to Instagram this November, Brennan shares that he has partnered with a brand called Mammoth Gold Nuggets.
Describing the product they’ve created together, he said that the Pay Dirt Bag contains gold that he mined during the 2023 season.
Brennan left Parker’s team
From Gold Rush season 6 to 12, Brennan was a member of Parker’s mining team.
However, he decided to leave and continue his mining career on Rick Ness’ crew.
After appearing in season 12, Brennan didn’t return for season 13.
Per IMDb, he was on the show for seven years from 2015 to 2022.
He’s been working away from Gold Rush
Judging by Brennan’s Instagram page (@goldrushbrennan), he’s been working as well as having some fun during his time away from Gold Rush.
He had always planned on an “off-season Harley Davidson ride across the US” per his Discovery bio.
Brennan can be seen posing next to one of the bikes in an Instagram post from August.
He’s also shared photos of himself promoting his brand partnerships since his time on the show.
