Kelly Brook’s husband is an Italian actor and model

The 45-year-old is dating Jeremy Parisi, a model, actor and professional Judo fighter who’s been in a few films including Other People’s Children (2022), Marie and the Misfits (2016) and Tommy (2019).

Jeremy is five years younger than Kelly, at 40, and they’ve been dating since 2015. The pair actually met on social media and connected over their love for martial arts. 

“Jeremy was a judo fighter, [and] I was in LA doing martial arts training. So our relationship was based on chatting about martial arts, fitness, health, and diets, and that’s how we started to get to know each other. It just kind of evolved,” Kelly told HELLO!.

She actually proposed to him in February 2018, getting down on one knee while they were on holiday in Antigua. However, she later claimed it wasn’t a “serious” proposal and revealed he didn’t have a great reaction. Apparently, he responded by saying: “Be quiet, there are people around!”

They’ve been happily married since 2022

They got married in a secret ceremony three years later in his hometown, a small town in Southern Italy called Arpino. The pair had to change the venue last minute because of the weather, and it was almost a disaster.

“We all got pretty wet,” Vicky Pattison said on her The Secret To podcast. “There was a woman trying to carry a harp up five flights of stairs in this ancient tower. It haunts me still. It was like biblical rain, you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face.

“It had not rained in that region for eight months, and I don’t think it has since. I look completely stressed and with straggly hair. Jeremy watches the wedding video all the time, but I can’t face it yet.”

Kelly said Italy is their “happy place,” and she’s since sold her farm in Kent “to have a chapter in Italy on Jeremy’s farm”.

The pair are also launching their own Italian lifestyle brand called House of Parisi in 2026, offering all kinds of collections including food and drink, home and textiles, fragrance and apparel, and outdoor and garden.

They even did Race Across The World together

The happy couple went on Celebrity Race Across The World in 2024. Their series was based in South America and it was actually technically their honeymoon.

“We hadn’t had a honeymoon, and I said to Jeremy we should consider this as a fun alternative, a once-in-a-lifetime experience,” Kelly told Closer. “At times it was the honeymoon from hell – at other times it was absolutely glorious. It’s got to be the most memorable honeymoon ever! I didn’t realise how competitive he was, like, crazy competitive. I’m much more about the experience.”

During the series, Kelly opened up about their relationship, saying they never usually argue but the competition really “tested” them because they were just so exhausted.
