Everyone finally gets the closure they deserve as MAFS UK’s Julia-Ruth apologises individually
She addresses Nelly first
After weeks of drama, from the retreat fallout to the chaotic dinner party where she clashed with Nelly, Divarni and pretty much everyone else, MAFS UK 2025 bride Julia-Ruth has officially left the experiment, and she has now apologised to each of her co-stars individually.
Her exit comes after a seriously rocky few weeks on the show. Julia-Ruth was accused of leading Divarni on and not being honest about how she really felt. Things got worse when she admitted to fancying Nelly’s husband, Steven, which led to one of the most uncomfortable dinner parties of this season.
Now, after previously defending her actions, Julia-Ruth has decided to take accountability, apologising to everyone she upset during her time on MAFS UK.

Posting a long message on her Instagram titled “Stay or Leave? It’s time to leave!”, Julia-Ruth wrote, “I came in here with good intentions and lost sight of what that was along the way. I have apologised on, but definitely off camera, numerous times.”
She started by addressing Nelly, who took most of the hit during that dinner party. “I’m sorry to Nelly who copped a lot, you didn’t deserve that,” she said. “You are a 10/10, you always have been a boss babe, never compare yourself to anyone ‘cause you’re rare af! I apologise for fracturing parts of your relationship and calling you insecure.”
Then she turned to her on-screen husband, Divarni. “Divarni, I’m sorry for hurting your feelings and at times disrespecting you. I hope you find what you’re looking for. Despite it all, we did have a few laughs and I still miss your epic coffee making.”

Julia-Ruth also mentioned her fellow brides and grooms, showing a softer side we didn’t often see. “To the gang, you already know I’m sorry for being a tornado,” she wrote. “Baileys was never on the floor, Leigh is a strong boss babe, Keye, love those figures for you, and I just wish everyone the best.”
Reflecting on her time in the experiment, she said the experience was “tough, trying, challenging and chaotic,” but something that helped her grow.
“I’m not the same person I was six months ago when this was filmed. And am continuously aiming to do better,” she said. “Still a saucy, feisty babe but thinking before I speak and leading with love.”
Julia-Ruth ended her message with a very Julia-style sign-off, “This has been iconic. May the odds be ever in your favour. Your favourite villain, Juicy-Roo… clocking out.”
