‘P**s off’: Chris Hughes claps back at people saying his relationship with JoJo Siwa is ‘creepy’
Chris put poor Pauline in her place, and it was savage
Since debuting as an official couple following their reality TV stint on Celebrity Big Brother, Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa have been forced to weather accusations of their relationship being “creepy” because of their age gap.
Most of us thought Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa were striking up a solid friendship in the Celebrity Big Brother house – but boy, were we all so wrong. They went official a few weeks after leaving, confessing that their bond broken past “platonic” and into the realm of romance.
It was at this point that people clocked JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes’ 11-year age gap, with the former being 21 and the latter 32. To make matters even more cringy, people stitched JoJo’s 2016 song Boomerang – the one where she’s singing in a school – with Chris’ 2017 track Little Bit Leave It.
Though Chris did respond to age gap criticism at the time, pointing out that “I have friends who are 50+ too, you weirdo”, his new response is so much more brutal.
Chris Hughes doesn’t think his age gap with JoJo Siwa is ‘creepy’
Over the weekend, Chris posted a slew of loved-up snaps with JoJo alongside the caption: “Just everything. Missing you.”
The pictures included them cosy on the sofa, playing golf, enjoying a meal together, and admittedly, lots of TMI kissing snaps. People in the comments were largely positive, but one lady, called Pauline, questioned, “Does anybody else find this creepy?”
Pauline’s response sparked over 128 comments, one of which was the “creepy” man himself, Chris Hughes: “No, Pauline, you’re miserable, p**s off kindly.”
“Lol we see [how] long it lasts,” Pauline hit back, with Chris returning with, “Yeah again, you don’t need to speak, you don’t follow me, respectfully do one thank you.”

There was a fairly even split in the Pauline versus Chris Hughes debate, with one person supporting her with: “Mate, sort yourself out. You would do anything for fame.”
“Oh, imagine hating someone who’s just living and happy. Misery aren’t you,” another wrote back.
In Chris’ eternal words in Little Bit Leave It, “Beef me on Twitter, that’s a mad move.”
