Guys, Squid Game just shared FOUR season three spoiler pics and here are all the theories
Who’s in the coffin?!
Netflix has just revealed the next installment of Squid Game will drop on June 27, and the release date isn’t the only exciting thing they shared.
They also teased us with four spoiler pics that show different season three scenes, and they’ve sparked loads of theories about what’s to come.
Who’s in the coffin?!
The first spoiler is a picture of one of the black coffins with the pink bows, but rather than being carried by the pink guards, it’s on the floor in the main room. The pregnant lady (Player 222), the mother and son (Player 149 and 007), and Hyun-ju (Player 120) are all crowding around and look visibly upset – but who’s in the coffin?
Well, some people think it’s Player 246, the father of the little girl with the strawberry hat. We saw Guard 11 shoot him at the end of season two and people were convinced he’s not really dead as they were linked at the theme park. However, this picture could debunk that theory. In the spoiler, Player 120 is wearing a jacket starting with the number two, and people think it belongs to Player 246.
Another possible theory is that it’s Jung-bae in the coffin, Gi-hun’s best friend who the Front Man killed right in front of him. Some think they’ve brought his dead body in to taunt the other players and make them realise what could happen to them if they rebel again. It would make sense!
Gi-hun’s in big trouble

Another photo shows the main character Gi-hun handcuffed to one of the beds. He’s still got blood on his jacket, so it looks like this happened right after the Front Man shut down the rebellion and returned everyone to the games, but why is he chained up?
Well, people think it’s probably to stop him from pulling any more tricks. The Front Man obviously won’t trust him after he tried to take down the entire games, so it makes sense that he would tie him up so that he can keep a close eye on him at all times.
No-eul’s story will expand
The third picture is of No-eul, the guard who worked at the theme park at the start of the series. It doesn’t give much away, but it looks like she’s outside while still in her guard suit, so she’s clearly left the Squid Game building and is on some kind of mission. One thing’s for sure, her story will be a big part of season three.
The VIPs are coming back
And finally, the last spoiler is of the Front Man wearing his famous black mask, but it’s the background that’s important. The colourful room looks like the one we saw in season one, so people think the VIPs are coming back. We didn’t see the rich spectators who wear the gold animal masks in season two, but it looks like we will in season three.
