Lancaster University student accused of rape on campus appears before court

Dale Fishwick is also accused of the false imprisonment of the two women

A Lancaster University student accused of raping two people on campus has appeared in court.

The Lancashire Post reported that Dale Fishwick, 19, appeared at Blackpool Magistrates Court on Thursday 28th September.

The undergraduate Business student is also charged with the false imprisonment of two women.

His lawyer said that Fishwick denied the allegations, and was bailed until he appears at Preston Crown Court on Thursday 26th October. Magistrates banned him from entering any university in England and Wales as a part of his conditions for bail.
