Here’s how Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky plan to split their millions in the divorce

There’s no prenup!

Kyle Richards is dishing about how she and her ex, Mauricio Umansky, are going to divvy up all their millions amid their divorce.

The pair shocked the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fandom when they called it quits on their marriage after 27 years of holy matrimony this summer in a statement to PEOPLE magazine.

However, as fans of the Bravo show know, there is much to split. Their daughters Farrah, Alexia, Sophia and Portia might be all grown up, but there is still the question of the other assets: The money. According to reports, Kyle and Mauricio are worth an estimated $100 million.

When discussing the long and arduous process of dissolving a marriage, Kyle revealed that she and Mauricio did not have any financial arrangement before they said “I do” in 1997, as they didn’t need one.

“We did not have a prenup. My husband did not have a penny when I married him,” Kyle told SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis.

She continued: “My mom lent us money when we were first married. There was one Christmas that we didn’t have any money for Christmas presents. My mom gave me money and his grandparents helped us. We built everything together.”

Their fortune all changed when his real-estate business, The Agency, took off. The company, which boasts having sold more than $.5 billion worth of property, was featured on the short-lived Netflix reality series Buying Beverly Hills.

While chatting, Kyle made a great effort to highlight how everything was joined in a “very clean-cut” way.

“Everything’s half, regardless. That’s not an issue for me,” she said. “We would probably just keep our homes. We don’t fight. We’re not a toxic couple. You never would seeing fighting in our home ever… We would just go our separate ways and maybe keep the houses,” she said.

If this didn’t go the route she wanted, Kyle ruled that money was not a good enough reason to remain legally bound to her ex because she needed to “move on” completely and wholly. Still, while getting deep about her feelings, Kyle admitted that she couldn’t really compute what her days would look like “without being with Mauricio.”

“It’s hard, and it’s painful, and it’s scary,” she said, before adding that there was extra stress of having to tell everything to her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars. According to Kyle, they don’t speak outside of filming and has little to not idea what they get up to when the cameras are not rolling.

“I’m having to answer to these women, who I don’t know anything about their personal lives. I have no idea what they do when they’re not on camera. I have no clue! But they want to know what’s happening in my bedroom? It’s not fair,” Kyle said.

One of the rumours that has dominated the show has been Kyle’s interest in dating women. This storyline came after months of chatter about the countryside singer Morgan Wade being her new girlfriend.

Kyle also cleared up the living situation between her and Mauricio, saying they “live together in the same house in different bedrooms” and aside from not being together anymore, their life was relatively “normal”.

Mauricio has also been talking about his life post-breakup and dubbed the transitional phase “a struggle” while appearing on The Skinny Confidential Him and Her podcast.
