MAFS Australia 2023 Ollie

Ollie claims he didn’t get airtime on MAFS Australia because he was ‘drunk the whole time’

Loool what a king

Married at First Sight Australia groom Ollie has claimed he didn’t get much screen time on the TV show because he was “drunk the whole time”. Um what?!

Ollie appeared on the marital experiment alongside Tahnee and proved themselves to be the best couple to ever step foot on the show. Viewers began to notice the pair weren’t often shown in episodes and Ollie has lifted the lid on why that might have been.

In a TikTok video, Ollie said: “A lot of people say, ‘Hey, Tahnee and Ollie, you weren’t in the show’. We actually were. I just didn’t get any screen time because I was drunk the whole time. Look at it here. Adam and Harrison talking sh*t, I’m blind. Can barely get a sentence out. Help me.”

Tahnee has previously spoken out about why she and her onscreen husband didn’t get much screen time, and it was completely different to what Ollie had to say.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph Australia, Tahnee said: “Ollie and I got zero airtime, but we are happy. People still get to see our personalities and who we are.”

She added that her and Ollie’s had genuine reasons for going on the show could be why they had a “point of difference” from other cast members. “We’re pretty chill about things. My goal was finding a partner and anything else was a bonus,” she said.

Tahnee and Ollie are now living together in Sydney and seem to be happy in their relationship. They are one of the two couples who stayed in a relationship after filming ended.
