Here’s the real reason Hilary Musser agreed to go on Members Only: Palm Beach
She claims it wasn't for fame
Hilary Musser decided to go on Members Only: Palm Beach after being approached by a casting agent. She spoke to Reality Shrine about how the show having become so popular is “totally incredulous” and “can’t even imagine it, because she doesn’t watch reality TV.”
As for why Hilary agreed to be a main cast member, she told us that she only “did it to build a brand for her business”. She claimed in an interview: “My motivation was not fame but brand-building. My motivations were different to the other girls.”
As we know, she is the richest person on the cast, and doesn’t exactly need the money from Netflix. Hilary told us she went from a mere 2,200 followers on Instagram to 10K, with co-star Ro-mina Ustayev‘s kids saying she’s “their favourite on the show”.

She claims she “definitely wasn’t looking for drama” but somehow ended up getting in multiple arguments with the girls, including Rosalyn Yellin. Hilary said: “I had to defend Palm Beach, this isn’t the real Palm Beach. Everyone’s going to laugh but this is not real.”
Since the first season came out, she’s “had so much great fan feedback” and prides herself on just being real. As we all know, Hilary is apparently “allergic to phony” and claims that her friendship (if there even is one?!) is “civil but phony.”

Hilary moved to the West Palm Beach area in 2005 and moved into a mansion right across the street from Mar-a-Lago. Her house “came with a membership” and solidified her spot on the glamorous social scene around the age of 40.
